3 @( j3 T6 ~( [7 rAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:5 Q7 \" f4 r1 ~; f/ x b$ K0 Z. e
' i) \6 q0 |( G+ R- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. " d+ {; K$ H$ A: y7 U- y: h, N
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.

- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
; a- x4 |4 x% g9 Y9 b* i" L- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
$ C- t, ~) V* u. S+ }- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). $ c# X' B' G" s! a

Experience and Education Requirements
5 ]9 Y6 T1 F1 z9 a+ C$ \& A- b; @9 x j4 [/ x
- Previous supervisory experience # H" T! D) K+ J" s& m2 [
- Strong leadership skills
3 \. D" w& Y6 D* Z- A minimum of grade 12 diploma + s2 e* k# d7 O
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
+ v) U; ~/ S9 ?3 ^8 D3 @) w% e- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
% s; W0 |, [3 f' b5 V( l; D* G" W- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.9 L7 o' z7 W+ z
