9 A! w: s/ I% x+ e* A% BAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

, S- e( V% Y; I6 t7 w- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. ( d5 x& n- \& c, p9 W2 q
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
* A6 p' G/ q# O4 \1 D% s- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
6 V; Y# \/ ]1 x- b- r1 e. G- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. 5 n5 g/ h: Y* D) s z; t
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.

- A minimum of grade 12 diploma 1 h1 a' t+ V. t- ^* w1 J
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills 2 K" `/ B0 c' S! Y
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations % D6 B( E" j; p0 n
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.8 N. h0 f% J* h1 {
