Hawaiian Chicken

+ A4 R8 k4 }' w•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger
% p# Q1 o, t9 X) A0 L+ c9 \' ]3 H6 B& q•        1 Clove garlic, minced# z; p; x. s  J" I% D
•        Pinch pepper
; \9 `2 Q% I5 u* O- e•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts$ F" G% h* ?5 ^$ q% s
•        4 Pineapple slices- C( \* C7 R. V% }$ l. O

Preparation

2 B1 k6 o# X0 B( S. zIn bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.0 n+ P7 p4 ~8 B# t" w: p

  d% L$ @8 L$ f* z- H9 fReserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.

For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking.. E. |: ^! G" D* U$ R( V
