-及时、专业地解决客户投诉。

# U7 m% C8 w9 n7 h3 x- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales
9 [$ Q- I) Y0 G' E5 |* l& z8 b
. l4 d! A( _5 `# X( H; J+ t3 ?2 j- Organize and distribute staff schedules

1 \6 k2 I. l3 S8 g- C7 ^0 L/ x6 f- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

" U0 J3 Q7 W% }3 Y! d& X- Opening and closing procedures
) M/ D& N8 d* ]; R
- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

) ]: ?; }+ D+ b# o7 E- R" ~7 k
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

% D  e% w. V8 L' J. o8 j- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:
& {# N$ U2 L- P( ]) R1 S7 o8 t
- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork
# w$ p1 t5 ^! y( u1 }7 R1 U
- Y3 f) n) k1 T& ?/ s$ v" B% F- Must be able to multi-task

( x  e/ h4 r  R" B- Prior experience is a plus+
4 z5 q3 i5 d+ V+ N+ s6 W/ O  
- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
