免疫记录

有没有人知道如果获取孩子的免疫记录？ 孩子四岁到这边，在学校打了好几针，到现在以及过去很久了，可是到哪里去找官方记录和证明呢？

孩子每次打疫苗不是会在小黄本上记录吗？要么可以问问Alberta health

谢谢， 整明白了， 就是找 alberta health services， 因为孩子未成年需要父母打电话去索取，两天就寄到家了。
