请教renew pr 卡邮寄问题

1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
- Z* D. q9 n% _$ O0 {9 r2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
You require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
. F: t2 o) J6 Eproof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
5 M% z' b0 P+ ~7 `5 {! eproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
8 N$ C3 d  T  E8 X  n  za letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
: K; C0 m" [- wproof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

9 E' X, F! ~; f7 }$ x3 s1 f8 P2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
