( V x: o/ Y8 Z( Z4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1 teaspoon salt
; {: c1 j8 _* ]8 M1/2 cup pineapple juice

7 C5 g/ _! `2 a7 Y* W1/3 cup shortening

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and% h2 S2 }( z, X, d+ \
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice T. {# v, {& v3 m- Q
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 1 B1 a! R1 E8 w* S" b! |2 ~

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
/ h# r8 L& G% M, dsurface9 v& s4 L+ P8 I; {3 }5 r# v! t
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,

(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).# p* m0 y0 Y) T2 R

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
