适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

+ Z4 |) l" y; F/ o0 t: a. o4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
7 F8 \1 R; t. N9 l0 D* x# l" H! v6 J2 packages yeast
- g2 ~# G" H9 T# I* |1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
+ L) U/ k5 R  f; U1 teaspoon salt- ^* m- G& I3 M/ m$ b' U) y- j- [
1/2 cup pineapple juice) i2 f  m2 ]0 [5 w, L* p
1/2 cup water
9 d& r: u; M* \% E' Y2 a1/3 cup shortening/ F3 K4 U8 i+ Z! A
1/4 cup honey
1 I1 G2 W9 o! h" [2 q  \, J7 I6 l2 eggs
2 i5 S/ t; R8 V- M7 l" c1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired% }' S2 c7 R" P/ V9 _

. I) t! @+ v. i* ]- yIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and% q1 t7 R* i0 D. h
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
0 \8 ^7 v, r* @1 c6 _0 m5 ], 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
8 o4 F: K: z# Y% {6 R3 L7 sshortening does not need to melt.)( l9 Q) q1 ?' E1 ~3 c, D  Y+ Y+ Z7 b
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed0 x. x# n. I+ y0 o" e
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
: F3 u# k4 O; q" Z7 Bstir5 z1 ~; N: M3 v# L8 L% j
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
8 u4 F- `% |- y; W! b" D" g& S- A6 S/ zsurface
* H0 h! F8 P5 O8 j% `( ]  Zuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,; l0 g" ^& `: [. Q* u) s+ f* K4 _
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
2 V% w% `9 D5 \, D, ]( h! }5 f* U(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

6 N; E7 T9 j* jPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
9 c3 }1 r2 W% h+ Y! Z! |Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
( I6 r; m: p3 n! n1 W2 }beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
( @4 t7 c; ?& r7 o  ~for
$ S/ K: b, Q. F) E35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
