适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 E* U5 P0 g* T, n( j/ s) X# Z2 e4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

& F( K4 t/ X( x# @1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
4 j1 d8 t6 `/ T; t# ^" A  Z! R1 teaspoon salt5 T* O( d: l, ~
1/2 cup pineapple juice8 o; M; @+ r, M. K5 U
1/2 cup water) E& n+ w) A$ n2 D4 ?* ~; [0 @/ P
1/3 cup shortening$ j* @4 B6 \" N
1/4 cup honey
; Q9 J1 G; l. O# @% {/ u2 eggs! Y7 F4 }' y8 |% l6 q* c  f
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired2 |8 A7 G* y) Y2 e% h4 W7 ?# F

* d& P) G! e4 d8 z* m" |. \7 T/ zIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and* Y" t6 l% t; D7 v2 a. P
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
" p" d6 o' M8 P5 L- P) q# J. y, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;2 w0 l( w. G- Z, Z6 e& O4 q1 j4 }
shortening does not need to melt.)3 Q+ Y6 f0 U% H+ r- y9 l# k; t
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed8 j* r$ P, s2 R
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

- e8 s6 B: `- T$ x  n. ein enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 0 \& k2 Y8 `5 L; q/ P8 Z0 y; A/ j

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,/ s4 A& Y6 p( K. M1 J
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes) y  P4 T% M' s+ q) r, F
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

3 _4 j/ o: p8 x; C5 hPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.9 o& q+ B0 ?$ F% J  Z
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 5 H, O  Q" j, y6 H; v) \

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree & `5 k' r( S, V2 m# f
for/ X; \7 p6 e( ]
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
