适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.6 }' F) O2 v, T7 a1 a

: e+ L; V. }9 S7 B4 V. F* V7 J1 x4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR  p5 o/ n. s0 A+ p
2 packages yeast8 ?1 I, |' K) M5 Z0 u; ?
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk& {, J0 J( L' p. Y* ~+ V! u
1 teaspoon salt" O+ z; M. ~& Q$ v
1/2 cup pineapple juice5 f5 Q, m& o9 _, x
1/2 cup water
7 b0 H  E7 H. S; i" i1/3 cup shortening
! `# g) p6 J) _" x4 B. e1/4 cup honey
/ W4 r* g& E& E# r, k! C2 eggs
2 h( j. }7 Q2 k$ R! ]: S6 [4 n& u1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired: p, O' Y6 K1 D9 a8 O

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and" t  Q0 Z6 g. M' T" s
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice* P4 W: o8 h! K) H
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
" M# \$ f, e5 F1 Tuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
; A1 P' L. `+ r) n' N; |(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
9 {1 Q8 U1 {3 WPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
) f: {! l, C9 jbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

& o% x- {8 m! w# P; a. }35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
