  · 3+ years development experience in one of below areas
) \6 a: `) ?& Z8 B, [# G" B% F1. Front-end development including JavaScript (Object Oriented JavaScript), CSS, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, HTML5.
" l8 D, u8 i+ Q+ f! X+ P2. .Net development including C#, OOP, Design Pattern.
$ Y# N$ S7 E% K3 b* p3. Database development including T-SQL, view, store procedure and performance tuning.
· Strong grasp of relation database concepts,
8 r! `% U' P$ F  u% \8 c.Strong oral and written communication skills with self-starter attitude and attention to detail
& _( Y1 W( k* [7 B! }& j· Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze problems and provide innovative solutions
- S% c, v: y; n1 \8 }Preferred skills
5 G/ c8 A* ~* U  r5 y' l' h· Good knowledge of software engineering, TDD and unit testing
2 x" n+ [$ V  g! r; T· Exposure to any of below ERP systems: PeopleSoft, JDE, Epicor, MS Dynamic GP, MS Dynamic Nav. Info Visual
· Exposure to any of below computer science areas
1. Compiler & ANTLR

3. Image process, OpenCV
