In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
4 ?( s0 k1 ~, S' aEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
% J+ v4 t# [8 q# kMitigate risk to the organization.

% Z+ t# ?9 e' r  P% l
1 j' e" t0 R! L6 z8 `+ AA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
) _1 T# I1 L) Z$ X8 c" w• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
3 @, h) N4 d9 M9 oExperience:

0 c& `) `2 y5 v$ t0 i! ?% R* eDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
; K" P) @: j8 c+ N2 o' eSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
+ z! s8 y6 ?% L: l/ C, E8 q; iProfessional:
$ H, ?* e4 d$ _) z7 }
Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

! H5 V$ i( ~9 G+ UCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
: B0 |& m0 N- aMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
0 s3 z! p$ T" K8 A1 QCenter objectives.
