In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
4 r4 p1 C! g* x: U9 {, x6 |Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
; |/ Y) C4 c( X2 \/ xBe accountable for decision and actions
6 X$ T0 n( O" b, CMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
9 x/ Q3 R: t: v! ~, b
' D0 C/ z" @3 c; fA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
# P4 _3 D, `* X2 L# C, A• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:
# _% l1 }& o* N
( {2 n& ~0 J' hDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
& [- k8 H2 k( D6 ?Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
3 J7 a; \+ r+ N, M& u1 u! nSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

& k$ g+ e$ S( ?2 J  A- k. {5 gCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

2 m6 F' J. J4 _/ }/ a5 Y) GCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
) k! q5 A* K3 g5 v5 S7 UMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
