The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs. 5 L& F9 n8 G' {$ o- lQualification:" T1 |/ [4 Z c) _/ r- m

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care is required. Time spent in a management role will be an asset.
