The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs.7 ]# Z( n! {& t o
Qualification: % j0 u6 d& G$ L* f" D: ~6 w& g7 o x9 h" h v( I- Z+ h
Must be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care is required.
