3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

2 y' D& Y9 \' A6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

9 q' E' q) H/ ]7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

Job Duties:

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

2. Order Acknowledge by email

2 S- C6 J4 l3 G+ o: D) c4 z' t3. Order Checking according to guideline
; M, Z" G* C4 u- ~
" j' Q4 Y+ [, ]+ r4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

- |6 b: w6 m  y6 }+ g# m5. Send orders to warehouse
) g/ N, G( S6 b. H  d
6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status
