Full Time Position: Order Processing & Logistic & Inventory Control

Requirements:

1. Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

2. Thinking and working logistically and responsibly.

3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

. v1 v1 j2 ^; ~4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

, \7 @9 Q8 D, y6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

$ |& H! p6 N! e) [/ a7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

8. Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

4 M, c) E2 T* ~3. Order Checking according to guideline

4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

5. Send orders to warehouse

+ W! `0 @3 Y  K) t8 O0 H/ v6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

) e7 Z9 j' R- s( }
: o* v/ |; y  R3 z8. Inventory Arrangement

9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
