“Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is."
! H, z! A3 X$ B- A JAs part of Science Literacy Week, Kids Code Jeunesse will be running free workshops for kids across Canada from Sept 18th – Sept 24th in Libraries and community centres to introduce children to science and code.
. o- z' Y0 j- y3 ?# oThis September, Kids Code Jeunesse will be in the Edmonton area and we need your help! We're looking for volunteer mentors for Coding workshop.. C2 j6 E6 @) n( k
Key Responsibilities:# `' U! p4 g% F1 o$ j
- mentoring learners and providing support to our lead instructors to help create a warm, friendly and inclusive learning environment for children1 W! K0 ]6 e2 {3 Q9 \: U
