“Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is."* ^$ c5 }, n1 B
As part of Science Literacy Week, Kids Code Jeunesse will be running free workshops for kids across Canada from Sept 18th – Sept 24th in Libraries and community centres to introduce children to science and code.1 x1 a8 _* M6 v9 P- t8 h
This September, Kids Code Jeunesse will be in the Edmonton area and we need your help! We're looking for volunteer mentors for Coding workshop.
! L! p) I/ U' s' j2 x% `Key Responsibilities:
( U" W/ d# t E. O- [7 U- mentoring learners and providing support to our lead instructors to help create a warm, friendly and inclusive learning environment for children6 b0 i) w! x# C7 {
