SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
- W9 l6 j8 P* O; `& {0 f   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
- Q2 u0 j/ P* {4 l9 L   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
1 |$ G9 S7 v  E* A   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
$ ^9 E$ p7 B( X   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
7 b1 o* C# v9 w5 V   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
# C# W. C) |9 l( ^7 g' m   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
- Q4 H( r2 ^- ], l4 m; P• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
4 w% o) Q8 J4 u2 a1 Y: P+ a• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

( F/ a7 g! L! a• Ability to work in a team environment

2 y8 i2 [5 ?; z7 w• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
# A$ K" B! a7 W" u7 @   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
2 x  n- ^* l4 r7 t) d/ ]9 S# l   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
3 Z& X% W; O  I; M- b! y   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
( V0 R/ m+ q3 ^* U• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
/ G, h% D+ r; Q7 T! Y• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
) M0 R1 Q4 M8 q9 i2 s• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
" }) g- [. P& g0 U- ]$ m9 ^: @• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
8 x4 S# {9 @, g• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
