: k* K# u  G+ a, bSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

9 T# g/ F" D& }( SRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
7 b2 a0 }" @5 g3 n• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
- |! v  E+ M/ d   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
$ y5 P/ z' W. P   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
9 L+ s, b+ [$ K- D2 I2 I5 z   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
9 h2 _* V" r, E• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
. H1 A& T$ c4 ^1 u• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

5 O  p# Z1 t; [- b• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
) v5 _: g, H  E& N• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
: t) ^# c. o, u; r+ U• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
! D4 D! m( |8 O2 E% [2 V! `• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
