( t& S7 n Z3 I. V, O/ x+ T P o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000( r% f6 P/ M- a7 J0 q
o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003& L4 J1 T& Z& c' q7 }% ]
o Microsoft Operations Manager8 Z# x; f* c, G# [7 C) j- f7 i
o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
- J4 i+ N2 a' H8 i o Linux based operating systems

: d& E( [: P& [7 @' j0 l9 X o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience$ R+ R0 `; d& ]1 y+ D& h% J' ]( j- e
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.! u5 u6 |+ z& p- C+ E: O
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
7 G2 o; ?5 L* h L" {2 L2 ]6 k0 i• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows$ z8 _! o5 s5 s3 X
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft& I/ C7 F& {! O' o. v! k/ U
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.* D, Y2 u0 r+ j2 d* K$ F7 r& s; W, b: F
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
/ X5 l" q6 P- f• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
6 l- R! N8 Q. i# v% Y• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 20051 \( m( f/ G4 N' ^2 A
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
4 k/ A6 v# W4 B6 s: K1 |& t( k8 C• Have led medium to large sized projects
9 H! t' n: r- ~' G• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
