SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

& C  B( x4 {7 a# o( C3 O   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
, n( {! l; a* M6 \   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
( t& S7 n  Z3 I. V, O/ x+ T  P   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
- J4 i+ N2 a' H8 i   o Linux based operating systems
2 Y/ i: l- h. S4 Z   o Sun Solaris operating systems
: d& E( [: P& [7 @' j0 l9 X   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
7 G2 o; ?5 L* h  L" {2 L2 ]6 k0 i• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

; {! N/ l0 A# s+ I; b• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

# P" m6 S# b1 @4 L" l   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
  t; L4 u; B2 M6 m/ [• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
: i7 t; ~$ i( O9 u9 T• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
/ X5 l" q6 P- f• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
6 l- R! N8 Q. i# v% Y• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
4 k/ A6 v# W4 B6 s: K1 |& t( k8 C• Have led medium to large sized projects
9 H! t' n: r- ~' G• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
