DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
, ]# u$ S  L# M6 z6 }   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
" A- H7 u  [! b7 \$ P   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
  P: e/ z7 \1 B   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
2 [8 s. H3 W  w: H; m2 b+ o   o Linux based operating systems
( h) x, g* \  W0 b7 @   o Sun Solaris operating systems
- R. ~/ |+ j. f8 o) Y  W   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
1 B7 [6 d7 r$ G1 A4 T• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
/ |. c3 n+ u6 ?' |! r4 h3 kplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

' `. v6 k! t7 q+ E, l! p$ nSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Ability to work in a team environment

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

" W( D* x+ V6 F   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
5 f4 i& C, {) e$ w   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
3 p! P% M/ B0 q- Y( Y3 ~   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
& o6 D; {$ t+ \9 A0 C5 d& {• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
' C( U# [# \. Z, d6 N• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
1 u$ X0 n! ^' O+ E' r• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
/ |/ Y9 N; q! r) B3 O• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
