SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

1 M/ e8 ?; M5 F  _( I2 l4 m• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
  d, U; J) v. C" h   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
1 @. R" \1 v) ^  J9 Y7 Y3 ]! j; Y3 M   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
+ D$ h5 x5 Y; ]2 Q% K1 P. V- b   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
) }/ @0 j0 K' t8 W1 R/ W0 a% Y   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
! p  Y5 q& g3 a• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
3 U/ h1 O% Q- F! N7 O• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
4 v- K! U- Q/ S) ~SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
5 G' Q$ h2 p; c0 [/ {. Z. a• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

3 g9 g  g3 D. f" q# X- s+ k. gSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
; c4 V* }* V% e• Excellent written and verbal skills

# p8 |" `2 k, g" u3 c" I• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
& o  A+ Y# U0 ]/ l, Z• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
) W3 b% w% f4 r* M$ m7 ^0 M& z4 ^• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
! J0 w+ d6 P- w* h% M. V2 {• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
5 w# ]3 @( t; g& Z- X$ Z• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
) A$ ?8 }5 E5 E: X& J• Have 4+ years of network design experience
; r' ^# r3 P; {4 Y. Y& _  l• Have led medium to large sized projects
