2 H+ @& w( _- @  lRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
% V7 Z) c* Y- |9 \0 U• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
( `/ Q; z  @# Y8 x( R' E5 ^8 r   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
. m- N& r7 j" x' d   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
. W) i3 ?2 W# |( C* H7 n   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
) B* [: E  V$ L- L• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
' M1 m% L  L3 y, U• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

" Z: X1 {' F1 }2 A* u+ QSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
' a- |6 @5 ]: `  ^• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
: j7 M/ J7 m9 o) w• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
! J* V: V/ K' B3 t0 Y' h9 `• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
: `5 j. k5 }! J   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
0 h9 y! N/ i- R# u  y/ E   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
! g0 R6 N% J  {" t( V4 |   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

7 L( p0 ]/ k/ w• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
& S4 F, f3 x/ _, v  q• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
! D0 v9 W' n- E3 u* G" r4 @% F• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
