现在轮到伊朗叫救命了。Investing.com - The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries is considering deepening agreed cuts in output due to increasing U.S. production, Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh said Wednesday.
伊朗的石油部长要求OPEC再减产。

伊朗与沙特不同， 伊朗在油价超过100的前几年被制裁，石油禁止出口。而沙特等OPEC国家则赚得满盘满钵，虽然过去三年亏本，但还是财大气粗。所以OPEC内部也矛盾尖锐， 各国态度180度转弯。大家也知道开始时， 伊朗是反对减产的。

过去赚得满盘满钵的沙特，现在见到美国的血腥味了， 看样子是不会轻易放下屠刀了。

象Chesapeake Energy Corporation这种高负债的页岩油公司， 即使油价在70块， 没有10年八年， 也还不清债务。所以就有‘路在何方’之疑问。公司倒闭，留一遍地的弃井，也是一种生态灾难。

It must be noted that at the end of Apr, the state’s total number of producing wells numbered 13,717, a new all-time high.

从2014年到现在， 2014年的油井数比现在少，但产量即比现在高，所以出油率只有原来的 1050630/1227483=85.6%， 或者说其成本至少增加15%。
以50块为赢得算， 由于增加了成本， 现在只有油价在58块才会赚钱。

$ D4 z$ X3 q& i8 ?1 g' b; Z0 Q, F! I-------这个58块的成本，应该还在持续增加。因为再过两年，新井也变老井了。另据工会得到的消息，美国已经出现技工荒了。

真能断章取义，通篇文章那个地方告诉你了页岩油是因为本身特性导致产量下降的？而且你考虑过新开油井的影响？难道从2014年其就没有新开的油井了，这些冲抵下降产量你计算了？！！

/ j$ V" Y' P( ?/ C1 J2 H从统计的角度看，你这种计算连误差都算不算，整个就是片面和错误的，并且故意断章取义把文章中和你观点最矛盾的第一句话去除不说了：As per North Dakota’s oil regulator, the state’s daily crude output rose 2.4% in Apr after dropping 0.8% in the previous month
你这些论断根本架不住推敲
