我在riverbend的那个中东牙医Sekhon护理牙齿3年多，客观说这个牙医水平还不错。但是他那个阿三接待真够牛！今年我说服老婆到这洁牙，因为深度清理超过4小时。每次阿三安排appointment时，我老婆都要问他是否100%cover得到确认她才做。结果最后一次常规洁牙全部自费，这个属于可做可不做的，这边牙医都是以暴利著称，自费就实在没有必要了。/ s5 o) \6 Y7 p. H

于是我向牙医邮件complain，居然最后给我的答复是： ' q3 b. P& `) @( e / W% @ g$ v$ T, G/ S! P1 Q# z6 Yat the end of the day it is the patients responsibility to know and understand their insurance plan and what it covers. I didn't see the email that was indicating the problem you had nor was Gord. I think the manner in which you have chose to deal with this is inappropriate as we do know that we are a good office and provide a fantastic service. & o* _9 h' }- Z 3 r, A5 n9 A1 G0 {I hope you find someone to help you with your dental needs.
