Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
6 V7 F+ \0 _  r3 K1 V. b- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
3 ]' I2 [4 T* P+ ^+ p. E6 \5 G- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
2 q0 W* `, a  {, r- ]; ~% Q3 V' R- Work night shifts, as necessary

. i' K6 y  R# @# o+ R# W8 K7 P- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Highly organized.
This is a contract, full-time position.
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
