I saw God's image in a homeless man.

Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me:
"I am going to send it back".
  c( M4 Z5 Y# P! wI did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:
3 w. o( o, s* C# h "I am sorry, what are you sending back?"
He said, "the Wallet, I am sending back the wallet." Then he added: "I am going to pay the postage."
"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?"
) r) w$ N4 Q! k# M" C" b"Yes, I did."
Finally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post.
: f$ q, r8 S0 h: m" XHe took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet.
"Are you going to take some money from the wallet to pay the postage?"
"No, I am not. I do not do those things."
+ s/ M. W, L( y* XHe took out his  wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside.
3 I+ s9 ?- L) H, p& J8 J% h7 NI gave him a bubbled envelope, and instructed him where to write the addresses. He wrote the owner's address, but stopped at writing a return address. He asked:
"Is it okay that I do not write this part?"
2 C& {8 J( Q, [" ^4 f5 U"Yes, you may." I thought he must want to be a nameless hero. But he said:
( G4 K' Z' A" V" I" k( @4 ?+ E) {"I do not have an address."
0 Y+ b& ~' l* d  o1 iI was surprised: "oh, where do you live?"
He did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."
& J) E0 f( a* ^7 u8 P. Y1 G% {My heart had a sudden jump. I realized that this is a homeless man who found money but was sending it back to the person who lost it.
+ T; J# z( D. ~* m' cHe did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity.

if you'd like care about those homeless who sleep at LRT station, you may visit those homeless my wife and provide some food to them. I once met some homeless at downtown LRT station in winter morning 7:00 am, those people are very pitiful, they need some food.
