主要工作职责：

1 X# c6 t- i# O$ V( f9 R* ~
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
5 k* I; n7 K+ E2 X# i/ |- I+ V- O-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
+ N( w, }: p& M, e9 g" A-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
) E2 M" r, D! m2 d-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
9 u9 e* q; ~) L; r-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
6 B% t2 e4 \0 z$ g) p8 u2 n  b-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
/ k# v: d5 i/ I-Provide administrative support to management and other staff

-Have vaild driver's license with good record
