Job Duties

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
2 h4 Y% N9 A/ u-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
5 f! A; I# B5 X4 V-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
: j; F) w% S* q$ w) ^, S) H  _-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
0 Q1 y6 s1 u3 z, t* E: T  ^8 J-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
