11月份,大爱城区所有住宅平均售价上涨了2.52%,为$373,174。其中独立屋均价升至$440,496,双拼/联排升至$353,818, 公寓降至$241,569。11月份独立屋的销售均价仅次于今年7月份,为2016年单月第二高。0 s& m, v! ^) \' k3 {

“埃德蒙顿房产市场依然保持稳定,本月大多数房屋类型的销售均价有所上升,其中一部分原因是有几个高价房子卖出了。” 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说。“所有住宅的平均售价仅比去年下降了1%,但独立屋的均价下降了2%,而公寓降幅超过8%。”
