“埃德蒙顿房产市场依然保持稳定，10月份较去年同期销量增加，价格持平。” 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说到。“随着较冷季节的到来，我们通常会看到市场的步调放慢，但通过上个月的现象，我们很欣慰得看到在深秋来临时，依然有比较强劲的销售量。”
