同意。
深有体会。
教育和治安方面有区别。
给我留下深刻印象的是北边的高速Yellow Head 竟然有那么多红绿灯。铁路货运站占了一大块，阻隔交通。

People have a house, in a rational way, must have a basic model car for transportation. With good bus routes, a bonus. Without, not a big deal. Then those neighborhood must be reasonably quiet, not interrupted by noisy buses.

也挺好啊，那边国人也挺多的。看你喜欢和需求，喜欢新一点的还是交通近一点好一点的，预算是多少，看重哪一点。

How u get kids to school, driving by themselves, or one of the parents full time driver, thats not smart idea, those area only for retired people to living there, they don't need bus or even car.

房子旧，周围楼房，政府廉租房太多，太杂。

Not everywhere have school bus, and also u got be there before bus coming , during those bad weather or cold day nothing can control, young kids have stay in the cool to wait for bus
