Key Responsibilities:
+ H! T" k' U3 h- P! T2 n/ k• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
" u5 \$ l3 W) J' Q+ N# c• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete./ x) u% [ ]& @0 K" [% _- j
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.. G4 M! I8 S3 y" ~" U
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.+ F6 m, o Y+ m' F; b0 O }( R. c# Z
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
# p% a7 E3 a# ^. [• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.. ]6 z9 |6 P, r' n
• Perform route inspections as required.
( u: H5 l( l$ E6 c• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).6 x. O e+ @& @1 y
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.7 `- L9 Z1 u3 O( {3 O4 Q9 s7 I
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

, y9 Q6 p6 w; d1 J; I9 v• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
; k4 U+ L4 A( ~6 X( n3 Q) ~• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred# T! I+ P0 r( D4 V8 J" w, j
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal/ O5 v9 h; U! v- }1 d# T1 ~1 Y
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
