• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.! K, R9 E6 ]$ t" w/ n9 Z, r6 h
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
' `5 J$ j" n) L( b! g) i2 R; Y4 H" c• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
9 O! _% G; w! [• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.

• Perform route inspections as required.! _9 l& O2 _' d: k8 m: B( e
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).9 C+ a! ]- T# T. E% e
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.: z* p% O& ~5 |- j a
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

. I" p! f$ M }- E: E4 L& E• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset5 i3 N; \+ e1 X: o5 o {$ O
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred. A! t9 r% ^/ V; S, u
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

# v I3 B) z8 z9 j" X6 w. x$ L• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal

• Proven customer service and resident relation skills! }$ @( m: ~! \( P' Z! a
