• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

1 Q# ^/ N0 N3 L4 b% ~) a) I2 E! A• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
/ ^( S# @ x- C' W; _. n! i• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents. e7 d/ v" D* T/ V# ^/ N- ]8 ~6 K# y
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
* D6 O8 T1 ]2 V# N1 ]. @• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.$ }3 |. X' x/ V9 h/ l
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.) i; }( y( _, X/ D& K
• Perform route inspections as required.
$ C+ I9 w. ~( D# l+ t$ q' T) T. F2 I" U• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).

! C( `' L* O% d; q- a• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

Required Skills & Abilities:
; X! @8 `9 _5 @• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
; i8 E7 P7 j3 p$ r% f) \7 m- _• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills/ W7 r. u$ N1 c/ X# n. V% U
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal$ _9 `! f; Y* w/ Y. K" A0 u
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
