Key Responsibilities:
6 O5 U2 P2 i" j/ }9 n' q7 _• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.9 L* V0 X" y& q! L
• Post advertisement( M6 H; C+ ]% y
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
/ n! `. C7 V+ X; S. r• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete. |: ^$ T; Q& j8 p# b4 h% W: ^
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents./ a+ G5 ?/ r- Q e6 h
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
$ @0 [# A1 n# w6 \• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
7 w; d/ t% A; z2 W3 v• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.8 A' i& e# Y8 C
• Perform route inspections as required.
7 j7 s& Z+ k, f' T• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).

• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.( z$ Q' `$ r- m6 m! P
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.( V+ O& c' G& p @/ ^* Z1 G; h

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset4 Q8 M' c' { v
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred! q. g6 _8 `9 W5 `' P1 F
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)6 @. _) q j( g% d v# h( \
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills- Y2 Q1 a$ z! t: L' E0 m' m4 r
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
* j" \3 m# a7 [* f2 h• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
2 o* \" X6 H, m$ ? P• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
