请教经验大师：三星冰箱如何操作

请教各位大师：我的三星牌冰箱，门上制冰块和冰水的触摸屏的信息开关不能正常工作，不能反映正常信息。
% ], F7 V5 ^9 N7 m' P# l是坏了？还是要重新归零，任何操作？有哪位有经验的大师告诉我如何才能让它正常。非常感谢！

My fridge has the same issue. My husband took all the food out, shut the power for about 24 hours and let the fridge de-frost for about 24 hours.

Get it restarted and then everything is back to normal.
