Qualifying Educational Programs
z0 Y2 n' k& v9 W" V! SUsually, a qualifying educational program is a course of study that lasts at least three weeks in a row, with at least 10 hours of instruction or work each week. A program at a foreign educational institution must last at least 13 weeks.2 }( e3 g7 v, U8 P# U
7 n# q9 `9 l! @4 | ^8 p3 oQualifying educational programs include apprenticeships, and programs offered by a trade school, CEGEP, college or university.
