• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.4 H# e4 P( r! Y% b# o
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.4 v7 h% Y3 H, `" J: @
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible% \4 O' q$ ~! }& M) _0 u! o9 X
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

" O+ k" H0 w1 h* E" ~- u• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
% w0 p" m- y1 ~. P( s; F• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
5 q/ M, x* @" Q: C6 {• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
4 o- {# o0 l1 `! s. X0 Z8 @• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers4 f6 T/ i6 D* p
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
