DUTIES:

. M, G/ V' S* T' M i ?5 c) Q• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
2 S3 l+ _5 @! z5 H) g9 u• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.6 {5 Y. j, p, X4 r' G5 U1 l
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible1 M/ [8 t9 y- R& L( d
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
* U' s+ x; V& v- `• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study* C' }1 b1 x7 l* P
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills5 m9 Z2 O+ F$ f: z+ @
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
