The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

. m. W- W2 o$ o, pCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
$ ?. c7 w, r0 W0 cWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies8 _' f8 F) r7 G8 }
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
( f( {3 M2 p( }/ NManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;3 D+ t! b L; M
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
" W: a- d2 E+ X$ g6 X1 lEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
# a6 }: t1 `2 X5 c$ UConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients./ D# d5 K8 X5 i& s+ j8 y$ X& C
Conduct all work within established time standards;1 X- E5 Y: k/ B/ C

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
