The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines: u1 @5 }( d1 L- b3 q B
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
# S1 q" U6 Z- A, I0 x, WOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
% H% d p2 { f( M1 H; ZEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
$ t2 v4 H# ~+ M6 mConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
$ b5 \# O+ t, d% P4 e" g$ kConduct all work within established time standards;. m. v9 O9 g+ Q P0 m

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;: ?: A% ?( p; Y' g' r3 X, z

Strong organizational and computer skills;

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;3 X( h8 g+ D) h% s

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
