7 R `- ?1 C2 YWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.* M9 u& u8 p2 l0 X# }

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments( U% M& O) s5 g7 Z$ y- U
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
6 }9 u# e+ k/ V! u* L8 m$ B. |% X' AAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
2 ^. k$ A* c1 G- ]: F# ^Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
. ^5 l3 r0 H; POversee file management for all LMIA matters;
9 }# h, e7 b. UEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
/ V3 [2 x7 {7 Z( sConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.* M/ q- O/ w& `8 f7 J- c
Conduct all work within established time standards;3 ?7 ~# ?" m" X- D) ?" S

Strong organizational and computer skills;

Compensation and Benefits( H3 G5 ]6 K# B, s/ G
