3。ownership sheet，需要填右半联
4。E TEST AND Safty Certification

其中的E TEST 是要重新做的还是在有效期内的就可以？

Safty Certification在哪里做，要多少银子？

Safty Certification在精工汽修就可以做，网站VIP会员30块钱。

我也是精工做的安全检查，收25刀（8月份），不过要说是在raymon zhang那儿买保险，是raymon zhang 介绍来的。
不知道现在情况是否有变化。

an inspection certificate from Alberta Infrastructure is required for all first time Alberta registrations of used vehicles
the vehicle must be in Alberta
letter of authorization if someone is acting on your behalf

好象没说要E TEST啊，也没说要Safty Certification
