人工费涨了，商家将转嫁成本，所以生活消费价格也要上涨，对于NDP议员的生活不会有影响，但是对于99%的低收入人群，1$/hr多收入的工资抵不过消费增加，就是逗低收入选民玩呢！

sorry, it is $11.2. Someone told me the wage rate would be $12/hr, and I was pleasurable about it.
Even though the gap of raising amount is $0.8, I feel happy rather than frustrating.

The provincial government announced Monday that their plan to increase Alberta’s minimum wage was in motion – and the minimum wage would increase by one dollar in the fall. Labour Minister Lori Sigurdson said in a news conference that the general minimum wage in Alberta would increase to $11.20, from $10.20 per hour – in addition, the liquor server minimum wage will rise to $10.70 from $9.20 per hour.

本版各位年薪增幅也各自不少，好年景可能还不止１０%呢。

议员是拿年薪的吧？拿时薪的话就麻烦了，人家天天给你加班，一大堆double pay，个个每年都拿几十万。
