咨询一下各位专家大神。landmark在clareview建的townhome怎么样啊。希望有懂的人能从各方面评价一下利弊。。价格上看不错，适合我这样的穷二。。

说了三遍loction。。所以说location到底是好还是不好啊。。也有人说landmark质量不错啊。。纠结

You see the crime map, it is not a recommended area. I used to work in the financial industry in that area for 3 years, but I commute each day 25KM one way from Riverbend area. I heard a lot.

You input Claireview into the map. Oh, you will see many crimes coming up on the map from Feb 20, 2015 to May 20, 2015. These are material facts, not just a fairy tale.

As for the quality of Landmark Builder, ask Professor Huang! Some customers complained openly about their quality in this website. I haven't bought their home, never had a clue.

是有点多。。不过这位置在clareview town centre右上角紧临hairsine。。能不能说明它还是比较安全的。。

This depends on your budget and capacity. If this is your maximum budget, and you have the motivation to try the first home in that area, find the best one(level ) in that complex, and enjoy.

However, if you have some room in your budget to move up a little bit, if I were you, I would keep my option open for some other area as well. How much is the Landmark Clareview Vista unit asking for?
