请教关于这里卖的面粉，如何区分高筋/低筋、自发面？

高筋面粉-----bread flour       中筋面粉-----plain flour       低筋面粉------cake flour或white flour       自发粉-----self rising flour    全麦粉------wheat flour

中筋面粉也就是superstore的All purpose flour,面粉种类最齐全最多的就在bulk barn,里面的面粉种类很全。
