# Price Changes: 378 (349, 330, 371)
% {7 j+ F4 V. e1 V: q# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)9 T% e2 ]! ~5 z. @
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
; `* D6 Q6 o  }- Z$ t; \) ~Active single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)+ [& A" f) O( B, y  `+ Q
Active condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839), x5 }2 }" O( i0 J6 F6 }+ X/ e. _
Homes 4-week running average: $436k ($440k, $441k, $426k)

Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.
