" w2 G$ V8 U9 u& [Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
Active single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)
' v6 G* y8 b  I1 Z" G5 g6 r3 FActive condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839)
Homes 4-week running average: $436k ($440k, $441k, $426k)
Condos 4-week running average: $245k ($254k, $253k, $250k)

Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.
