The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.4 S' |( b% V- s) @

+ d1 `" i! N7 z0 ]3 E. [" o& rCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments: d& ~1 j$ _" y: T# C: M
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
' T+ j0 r1 A! x: \% d; xAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines/ g R) w: ^7 {, J/ ]5 f* g; M! n
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;. ?: x8 q6 ?5 g! c/ c! d0 C" ?
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
# d/ E/ V4 f$ {8 zEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;) j2 B$ V3 f' Y4 b' c
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Compensation and Benefits
