Position Summary

0 y0 }7 ^1 A6 wWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients./ k$ ~% J8 F2 l" y5 \. @/ u, ~* G

' g- _+ f5 `/ x0 X2 {8 VCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments/ ^" ^( C% Q& h- N8 ~* b' d
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies' Y( z' C+ `3 a* L
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines- |) q2 B% k0 y' h  J7 u/ B: r8 S4 a
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;  C/ A9 H+ c0 j% ?) k* _% z
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
: O  M, S# C5 c& m2 \% F- g  Y& DEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;/ {" T6 w$ F+ H6 A
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.5 u- K4 X" `/ Q; H8 Y1 c6 u/ b
Conduct all work within established time standards;2 v' ?( G: g! Z: C: G
Essential Knowledge and Skills

8 s3 v) p* I  H7 F! Y( ~+ ]Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;/ w! S; C& d( l: B) W' ]1 v
Attention to detail and accuracy;

1 D. i% b  H4 K9 \- D+ G/ y' pExcellent verbal and written communication skills;! |7 b8 M2 h) k' B# [, M
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;' A) H+ i( B: R+ a
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Self-directed and highly motivated; and

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;/ A& b" S6 s# I9 d+ _
