We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments4 W. g% l. j( j2 ^  u4 O+ i- }, m
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
( ~; F6 j. c! OAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
; m5 y4 @: K- jManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;, q& e3 N3 M7 a0 Z4 C  ]& a
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
( q) P- o$ o9 T3 p; @0 `Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
: F  s8 \- Z' ?Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.- I4 b2 ~, v; F: C) N& F
Conduct all work within established time standards;
" W2 Q- S, W5 v) C1 L1 A1 ~5 d8 ?Essential Knowledge and Skills1 K2 l/ r; N4 R# ^: W& X% I

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
4 X6 I2 L/ \4 T. k+ wAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
5 I  Y. m0 I/ ~2 }' j/ Z3 dTime management skills are critical;( K9 V( n; J0 I! e9 j
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;3 d, n; a  i* ~( w
Attention to detail and accuracy;' p& ~! K* b% B2 s) J: ^
Strong organizational and computer skills;: ^# h9 ?6 l0 M
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
/ X, o! w, x4 x# P, J' oComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
" O) t" b2 A" ~3 s3 C5 {, CAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;1 _7 w' n$ ~+ J9 @  \- M
Ability to work with minimal supervision;

! Q" R3 A3 ~8 T0 xAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;! h4 g  R+ l9 H0 X6 T( k( y2 U7 u. @
