We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
: i; P ~. C" O ?Write and post advertising for various job vacancies2 t( ?5 n9 Y3 T( K( u/ r. t
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
/ ~8 \, ~* @$ `3 F& ~! NManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;/ ^% `% a, l5 e( k% B4 r% ]- y
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;1 e. C e* l* S1 V
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;7 }, S1 J( }( S8 n) L
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.& Y5 l) C" U" s
Conduct all work within established time standards;+ c. s' `: A P! |; U( d- u; Z
