CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

Description:
$ B% v) B% B$ [) p1 t-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
! D) r' R4 w* }-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
  x# X' U0 H7 ]& F8 S-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
) y( K' \* n, k! u-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
