% S7 _9 T  l; r2 U/ E9 ]Your job responsibilities will include:
$ W- g1 `9 D, n" Z•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
: z9 v: |$ ^5 q1 }•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
) p+ Q% O* U! t6 q4 n7 _•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
) O; R; X) V* A' d•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
•Perform AP Invoice matching
; ?  @# y( q; N" u5 |( Q; @•Prepare month-end AP accrual

8 r/ c2 \2 H5 e6 P* J6 t4 BThe ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
