the temperature in Edmonton jumped to above 10 degrees for the first time since 2005.
0 T3 Z5 n5 G# OThe high of 12.7 last night broke a record that has stood for over 100 years.  
) s9 I; Q' R3 b' T, KIt's the hottest December temperature in Edmonton since we hit 17 & 15 back on Dec 27-28, 1999.
9 m( g2 v/ J7 s; @  Q4 A- h' PLooking back at the past 50 years, last night was the 8th time we've been in double-digits (on the positive side).
