I thought it was a Canadian Passport.2 h$ d! Q$ o( @2 r, z$ W2 C: H5 ?
* k0 @# A- u: p8 o5 K$ H& YIt should be easier with the Chinese passport. Talk to The Chinese Officer, get his name and extension #, gather your primary information of applicants, including names, DOB, home address info, previous Chinese passport No., you may have to go to Notary Public to produce a statement claiming that you have lost the passport in the mail. Then they will be able to issue you a new one. Assume that your PR landing paper or maple leaf card is OK. Send them a notarized copy as well to prove who you are.
