reasonable price, good area(future plan: town center, school, LRT), close to highway.
. ~- I. V8 Q9 u+ w9 Jlow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
new townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
