5 Q. k2 A6 u# M8 e( y! \' H! eDuties & Responsibilities:

; s- A% P* e" B, d- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
9 V8 B7 x* P2 I) j- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
4 N3 b! ~1 D$ D# T- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
. M! S5 H- i3 ^4 e8 k; y+ K- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
  p( ]. E6 F* V( [4 q' _
- H$ d% A7 Z% h% z# P% d1 ~Qualifications:

) R8 r1 U9 j" R* `- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
