土豆沙拉。
8 N# i3 h; @7 k7 U0 s: w' @3 x土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

(可以用筷子挑起，是个力气活，建议男士优先）。另鸡蛋煮

熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

% W6 t/ i* E4 s* b$ s黄瓜胡萝卜之类，切丁。火腿（肠），切丁。以上材料混合搅

5 |/ `' a$ B! _' V拌，加盐等调味料（忘了在哪儿加，或许也可以在沙拉酱里

加）。均匀后即可食用。我姥姥家的聚餐，每次都有这个。材料

看个人的喜好。多少没有严格的限制。

Potatoes: boiled and cut into cubes
Eggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
Dressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
9 V5 E9 Y; f* R& }Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
