土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

But if someone wants to know the recipe closest to the supermarket or someone has foreign guests to serve, here it is:

8 }- R* U# m  C: }1 X' _Potatoes: boiled and cut into cubes
Eggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
Dressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
