+ ^$ m1 v( F* h2 QEDMONTON - Edmonton remains in a smoky haze as of Thursday morning, with the city seemingly stuck in twilight.

But, according to Alberta government data, the health advisory has been downgraded to a three, which is low health risk, from a high of seven (high risk) on Wednesday.0 C' e# \ @9 y+ I, d b# W

The air quality is supposed to decrease over the course of the day to a five (moderate health risk) and then a seven by Friday.
