I have been looking into Windermere.
% I* @1 F8 O" i. ~2 o1 cMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

! H3 m% ~* u9 e2 @& V F7 iAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
6 a" g) K- _2 `9 X# uJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
% F7 H- e0 X9 B9 `6 l1 G$ xThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.5 \1 Z' t" n0 ^) J2 ^5 |

What type of housing you are looking for?
; D9 v9 L+ ^) s% @That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
; j B' g. k6 ]5 S$ U, V3 K/ CDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
