如题。听说Ambleside South 附近有消防局和通讯塔。这会对小区有影响吗? 这个区的学区是哪个学校? 小区只有一个出口，会是个问题吗?

I have been looking into Windermere.
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

# T. O) F/ d* y+ q0 EAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
2 b8 O1 [' E2 Y: i9 g) [The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

' m2 O" V- `0 `1 @# OSome people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

* ~5 Y3 x+ m7 o5 x+ LThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
; ~+ X9 K! c9 sDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

之前也看AS pond最邊邊那一塊 不過後來電訊塔建起來後我考慮了很久 最後放棄了 同樣的價錢能買Glenrriding walk out了. 喜歡Conventry的Omega屋型.
