I have been looking into Windermere.
5 W$ U% v7 ?) _My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
4 I# E- S* R8 z r) L2 E8 }0 e& KJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
+ t! ~0 Q8 x1 y1 i. R/ gThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.6 ?4 w% S5 }' a9 C

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
