I have been looking into Windermere.8 h' r" e; Z& z: i* z! B
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.; [0 Q6 U6 u" p, B( H6 E( j
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
0 O# r3 c; v# w0 ^- F) c7 jThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.1 i% `# M& a4 e; L' i. A1 P9 R

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

What type of housing you are looking for?; {- X# L- @$ Z4 d0 y/ Z
That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
