The process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders. Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key!/ {( A4 C ~9 T+ E4 k
It took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder.4 E) r3 {( f7 d. u4 X: n
And you only do this when the house is ready for possession.
