留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

5 f' m- r# l% `To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
! x3 w$ r1 r: _% S  Z) N1 ?
( k" [: D" e" g% E7 V& k4 l) U3 ]you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
* ?6 B/ C! m1 C* N% W; a7 I4 \: ^2 wyou must be a resident of Canada; and
4 _* x, l* u# e# Cyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
