留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？

1. 不用
2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

* ^3 B- k: X  O. \5 u, w6 {1 T) jTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
3 G2 F( {- d3 B& A
you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
3 k6 R5 p4 X* d$ q$ eyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
, C  @% a# R! S- C, B% a: Wyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
