留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？

  r5 b7 J9 m3 u% W2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
7 p& U0 T% L% u- j  BCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
8 A' {0 \& f6 j5 p5 PTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
* \& F& ]% H$ _8 ]3 X! r
+ A2 F, z6 |1 ~6 f+ r3 a% Eyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
5 }8 N  u' V7 J9 o$ Xyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
