“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and5 S$ d2 ^/ \; W5 c
• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or3 C L) u0 P g9 M% r# n5 m% S
