When the option is included or purchased, exclusion 1 in the policy is modified such that, after any applicable waiting period, a stable chronic6 K0 O% ?- ?- Z6 ^) M! m
condition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and 7 ]2 ^% T, A* q+ q5 D2 m5 ]• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or 9 Q. R8 |/ ~: y: w& ]4 |3 I, K# r• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy.. l& K& w$ q# n3 v% d, H7 p& I* O
If “your” “physician” has determined that “your” health condition has improved and changes “your” treatment or medication or its dosages due to “your” improved health condition, this does not constitute a change.
