JOB DESCRIPTION5 G; I/ P1 m# y1 B( I8 j
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
4 s! \* V3 f. a$ [# w9 N& }2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
* D' @( {% [# E# J! ~2 u3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;: G2 B' Q4 m7 t% g
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 0 T4 u- {$ H( W
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
4 }3 \7 @0 Z) k2 f  M9 u$ G6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
$ T+ u/ _& U+ f8 y; [' F# B5 f7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
# X6 R3 l, ?. `, T, w; x( k•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
+ j  {; x* B& X  B' U( C! m6 @•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.4 y8 s. H5 M, ^* k# i
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.2 D4 Y3 `: r+ ~  W! f
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
