" m3 k4 ^8 |6 K3 S  S# C8 m5 H1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; # l# k4 i$ y4 @3 i8 G0 {2 |5 P) b
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;" C% t( L6 W# y# s
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;3 N# P9 J7 r6 S3 o9 k
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
7 _: _6 m+ ?+ N# P% V- m/ {5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
7 }( i: S8 p& G9 ?2 O6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
9 B" l% ~" r- C2 f& u7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.) _0 H! z! p6 K% |& H% u

Qualifications:
3 i4 P3 E+ c9 b1 I( O& I/ G& N6 z•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment., s/ ]( {7 a5 g2 k2 h& g
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.. Q6 K$ A  m  g( U
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.6 p: |2 w% e* s1 j  @: V* |) M
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
