! j! X# a  M; E- c1 q. X7 e-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
' t' K# y) S8 y% b9 s-  has taken an English language assessment test?
. R& h0 n, \. D/ H- E( ?* a) T8 g-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

If the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program
* u9 J+ k  {: i
- ~8 W; a! i9 O: uMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

5 n1 @% Z7 T( l/ y•        Counseling to help you find what is right for you.
•        Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
7 E+ H! o. Z' V, ~( |# ]8 w6 B  y•        Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
•        Information about community agencies and services.
- N. c+ N9 g4 W. t! G2 k4 e•        Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
•        Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.

3.  August  21, 2006 – Sept. 1, 2006                Mon. Tues. Thurs and Fri. from 10:00-4:00 p.m.
4.  Oct. 21, 2006 – Dec. 9, 2006                Saturdays from 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.

哈哈....那地方啊,我刚登陆那会,还到过那当Volunteer呢!那是半年前的事了, 总的说那里的人还是很NICE的!
