爱城政府建新大楼

愛民頓市政府周四宣布，計劃在2016年夏季搬遷至市中心的新市政大廈。目前，市府職員分布在9幢建築物上班，其中5幢為租用辦公物業，其他4個地點則是市府的物業。
據瞭解，市府已經與EAD First Street Building Corporation公司簽署20年租約，租用新大廈35萬平方面積。
該幢位於104路(104 Ave.)夾101街(101 St.)的新大廈，將於短期內動工，並預料在2016年年中落成。
據估計，將來市府全部約兩千個辦公人員集中在同一幢大樓上班，每年平均可省下約100萬元。

Katz, 这个意大利家伙和市政府的关系不一般呀。先是市中心体育馆，然后先和政府签lease, 然后开始建大楼。Edmonton是Oiler的福地呀。
