Miranda三月份的育儿讲座

首先非常感谢大家对Miranda的支持。Miranda 决定在三月份开一个为期四个礼拜的育儿讲座。Miranda 会在第一个礼拜准备一些小吃/点心，之后的三个礼拜希望爸爸妈妈们能带点心来，当然也欢迎大家在第一个礼拜带来。这次Miranda举办这个讲座没请其他机构帮忙（除了提供场地），所以不会有托儿服务，希望大家尽量不要带小孩来。谢谢！

Effective discipline for children 0-6 years of age

7 T. i% I/ f# a( }Class I: 1. Understand your child (normal growth and development of each age group)
            2. Understand yourself (let’s go back to our childhood)
1 H* a( e: A" }/ I; m" U( g" p            3. How our believes and culture play a big part in our parenting
8 \8 R+ J$ k) ?# x6 g7 a) B7 S
8 `, X* V% E$ x' pClass II:  Effective discipline for this age group, how to do:
; O* m+ j5 \( p1 Y+ o              -Be firm and be consistent
4 _" N& D9 h/ t1 ]- B  V              -Set routines,  set limits, set boundaries
              -Avoid stressful situations
              -Time out (give your child a Break)

Class III: Continue with class II, how to do:
               -Create play areas (how to develop 4 or 5 play centers for education benefits)
               -Decrease/eliminate negative behavior, encourage positive behavior
               - ‘I’  Message
               -Stay calm
               -Think like a child

                needs,  EQ etc. )

5 j8 b6 x; E+ D不好意思，这不是产前班，是育儿班，不会有hospital tour。等Miranda再开产前班的时候会有的。
