PCwhoop is a computer shop with a well-trained and knowledgeable team to offer professional computer service and repair, sale computer parts, computer accessories and refurbished computers, and customize programmable LED signs as well.  Now a position is available.

, Z- s8 z! p1 D# H6 A" V$ o8 C•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
" V3 b, r% P- U! R, V8 ]•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
. L! S# O7 B. {3 U•        Retail customer service experience.
' v5 j6 T2 n/ L: {4 n6 O6 M! x0 S•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
# Z1 u( N% w9 Z( {) X2 k3 j•        Excellent communication skills in English
4 X2 s: p5 U6 y; K& D( G2 q* J+ l/ O•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
