I would not invest in this condo. 4 n; z5 j3 G9 Q% i5 p' ]" UOverall, condo yields less capital return compare to houses, but it is less maintenance work and requires less capital up front. Plus, condo normally has less vacant time compare to houses. If money is the limitation, go with Condos down south (windermere or nisku).

i know those two communities, but it seems they are a little bit far away from the busy section.
