more successful.

If you are unfamiliar with campus you can visit & N* E, H9 S, ]& j7 _; f5 K
www.campusmap.ualberta.ca to find your check in location. However, don't worry about having
/ Z, L1 i& s1 m7 b6 E" V0 w6 mto find your check in location all by yourself, there will be hundreds
( } S( X$ E1 N! a" Kof volunteers ready to help you when you get to campus. Specifically
' n5 \% u5 q, ]/ T( Mlook for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth
' w; g. D! Z$ {) r/ y8 \9 Aof directional information.

Both days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening % r1 E5 ~3 Y5 F+ h- i1 l
activities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend ) B* ^5 ^9 u. X4 ?% G8 t
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
( K$ ? g8 C( ]2 ?2 o8 k0 Z6 E; \evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
2 U9 R+ A: e( t9 g1 j% cSeptember 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,
; a9 a i+ c: k q5 dand then continue to meet with for the entire year.

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
$ ], l) g c2 M/ I4 v- `+ sto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from 4 M7 p! j' K. ]! Y; i
your faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
8 O# O" ?: s. `* J4 G4 @! X# r+ GONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process - S7 ?' H: u& {$ h! g5 v/ y
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
3 }6 H; H6 @1 c1 c! N1 @of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus * C0 i/ ]2 V; i& l+ Y7 s
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic . \& M$ f6 j2 P5 y! H
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and 0 N8 G7 E* z+ Z/ N7 m0 C
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
; F3 S6 m: `( e/ {two days of Orientation).2 i* ~4 |5 @7 [6 l$ T; u9 q
